4 Precautions
4.5.1 Communication interface wiring
When conducting RS485 communication connections, it is recommended to use shielded twisted pair cables with a minimum cross-sectional area of 0.5mm2 per core. Connect terminals A and B separately and ensure that the shielding layer is reliably grounded. During the wiring process, communication lines should be avoided from being parallel to strong electrical cables or other strong electric field environments to reduce electromagnetic interference and ensure communication stability.
4.5.2 Terminal screw torque
The torque for tightening terminal screws shall not exceed 0.5Nm (3.5Lb In).

The DJSF1352-D300 DC metering instrument is equipped with multiple communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, DL/T 645-2007, DL/T698, etc. It can choose between one second pulse output and one electric energy pulse output. The voltage input range is DC 0-1000V, and the current input supports up to 300A. The data recording and transmission meet the requirements of relevant national standards and are compatible with the charging requirements of the vast majority of mainstream electric vehicles.

The power range of low-power DC charging piles is usually 7kW-30kW, and some can reach 40kW, which is between AC piles and high-power DC piles. Compared to high-power DC charging piles, it requires simple installation, easy deployment, and lower cost; Compared to communication stations, it can quickly replenish electricity for new energy vehicles and reduce range anxiety, thus gaining increasing application.
Direct fast charging:Directly powered through the vehicle's fast charging port (9-hole DC interface), without relying on the onboard charger, resulting in higher charging efficiency.
Flexible adaptation:Supports 380V civilian electricity without the need for dedicated distribution facilities, with low installation costs.
Wide range of scenarios:Suitable for vehicles without AC charging ports, vehicles with large battery capacity but slow AC charging, as well as special charging needs for households, communities, shopping malls, scenic spots, etc.

3.1 Household use
For household users, low-power DC charging piles are easy to install, support 380V civilian electricity access, and do not require complex specialized distribution facilities. Taking a new energy vehicle with 80-100 kWh of electricity as an example, using a low-power DC charging station at home can fully charge it during the low electricity price period at night, reducing charging costs while minimizing range anxiety.

3.2 Community Parking Lot
Community parking lots are important application places for low-power DC charging piles. Low power DC charging piles can be flexibly installed according to the distribution of community parking spaces, effectively solving the problem of charging new energy vehicles in the community. Compared to AC charging stations, low-power DC charging stations have faster charging speeds and can save waiting time.

3.3 Commercial premises
Commercial places such as shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, and office buildings have high personnel mobility. Installing low-power DC charging piles in such places can provide users with convenient charging services. Taking a large shopping mall as an example, a 20kW low-power DC charging station was installed in the parking lot. Consumers can replenish their vehicles with a certain amount of electricity within 2-3 hours of shopping or dining to meet their subsequent travel needs. This not only provides convenience for consumers, but also improves service quality while ensuring safety.

3.4 Scenic areas and public parking lots
Scenic areas and public parking lots have the characteristics of temporary parking for vehicles and uncertain duration of stay. Installing low-power DC charging stations in scenic parking lots can meet the charging needs of tourists for new energy vehicles.
