Overview
The 8-09 9-12 high-pressure centrifugal fan is a specialized fan that is matched with iron furnaces with melting rates of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7t/h. It can also be used to blow and transport air and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and do not contain viscous substances in various furnaces and forging furnaces. Other similar performance can also be selected, but the temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed 80 ° C, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m3.
Product Details
This ventilation fan is a single suction type, with thirteen types of machine numbers including No.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16.
The ventilation fan can be made in two types: left or right. When viewed from the side of the electric motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right cyclone, represented by "right"; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a left cyclone, represented by "left".
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.
The transmission modes of the fan are Type A (№ 4-6.3), Type C (№ 7.1-16), and Type D (№ 7.1-16).
№ 4~6.3 is mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, brackets, etc. № 7.1-16 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, etc.
The 9-19 type fan has 12 blades and belongs to the forward curved blade type. The maximum circumferential velocity of the outer edge of the impeller diffuser does not exceed 140m/s. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction and runs smoothly.
The casing is welded with ordinary steel plates to form a snail shaped shell as a whole.
The air inlet is a convergent streamlined integrated structure, fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.
The transmission part is composed of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling or pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing box has an overall structure, using rolling bearings and lubricated with 40 # mechanical oil.
The casing and base are made into an integrated structure for easy installation.
