9-28D type high-pressure centrifugal fan 9-28 type high-pressure centrifugal fan is generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and can also be widely used for conveying materials, air, and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, non explosive, non volatile, and do not contain viscous substances or entangled fibers. The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 80 ° C, and the content of dust and hard particles in the medium is not more than 150mg/m3.

The fan is available in two types: single suction and double suction. There are 20 machine numbers, including 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24.

The No.4~6.3 in the fan are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, brackets, etc. Fans numbered 7.1 to 24 are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, and transmission components. F-type transmission mainly consists of impeller, casing, air inlet, air inlet box, transmission group, etc. The fan can also be equipped with an adjustable door according to the user's needs.

The impeller of the 9-28 type fan has 16 long blades and 16 short blades. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

The casing is welded into a snail shell as a whole using ordinary steel plates. For high-temperature fans, heat-resistant materials can be selected according to temperature conditions, and the casing can also be made into separate parts.

The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.

The transmission system consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, coupling, and other components. The spindle can be made of high-quality steel or heat-resistant steel according to different purposes, using ball bearings or sliding bearings. Ball bearings are lubricated with bearing grease, while sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil.
