As a new generation of advanced infrared microscopes, the Shimadzu AIM-8800 can be controlled through a PC screen for worktable movement, aperture setting, and focusing, making it a highly intelligent Fourier transform infrared microscope. Transmission method, reflection method, and ATR method can be used, with a wide range of applications. Not only can it achieve high-sensitivity micro analysis, but it is also easy and convenient to operate. After selecting Mapping scanning software, it can achieve powerful micro area scanning functions.

AIM VIEW Advanced Control System
Automatically adjust aperture
The aperture is driven by a motor. The aperture area and angle of the aperture can be freely set by mouse operation. Breaking the norm, there is no need to place the sample at the center of the visible image. Regardless of the position, as long as the aperture is set, the microscope will maintain the aperture size and angle and automatically move the sample to the position with the strongest light intensity for measurement.
Automatic X-Y Sample Workbench
Can remember 10 sample positions and 2 background positions. Can move the workbench with a minimum step size of 1 μ m.

Focusing is no longer a troublesome task, just click the mouse to automatically focus.
Automatic centering
Double click any point on the visual screen with the mouse to move it to the center of the screen
High sensitivity maintenance free MCT detector
The ultra-high sensitivity MCT detector ensures a signal-to-noise ratio of over 2600:1. A liquid nitrogen monitor equipped with a high vacuum glass Dewar flask does not require vacuum maintenance.
