2.1 Auxiliary power failure

Does the screen not light up after the device is connected to the auxiliary power supply?

Possible cause: Incorrect sequence of external terminal wires.

Solution: Pull out the "temperature and humidity" sectionI”Temperature and humidityII”Re power on the device to determine.

2.2 Environmental temperature and humidity display malfunction

The ambient temperature and humidity values are not displayed or shown in the temperature and humidity menu“rupt”？

Possible reasons: The temperature and humidity control word is not activated or the temperature and humidity module is not properly connected.

Processing method:

1）When there is no display: "Parameters->The 'Fixed Value' menu will display 'Temperature and Humidity'1Return "or" Warm and Wet2Return "or" Warm and Wet3Set "investment return" as investment.

2.3 Alarm relay action fault

Under voltage, over-voltage, over-current, environmental temperature exceeding the limit, wireless node temperature exceeding the set limit and alarm relay not functioning?

Possible reason: The corresponding control word has not been input.

Processing method: "Parameters->The 'Fixed Value' menu sets the corresponding control word to 'Input'.

2.4 Simulation status indicator light malfunction once

Does the switch input not correspond to the status indicator light or does the status indicator light not light up?

Possible reason: The status indicator light is set incorrectly.

Processing method: "Parameters->Set the switch value corresponding to the status indicator light, and if it needs to be constantly on, set it to“ON”The unused settings are“OFF”.

2.5 通信故障

Is there a communication error between the upper computer or backend software and the device?

Possible cause: Incorrect device address or serial port parameter settings.

Processing method: "Parameters->Set the correct device address or serial port parameters for communication.

2.6 Node temperature value display fault

ASDIs there no temperature value displayed in the "Temperature Control" menu of the main body, or is there no temperature value displayed in any particular channel?

Possible reasons: The battery switch is not turned on or the sensor is not paired.

Processing method:

1）Check if the battery switch of the wireless temperature sensor is turned to“ON”End? (Battery switch from)OFFEnd dial toONAfter the end, the green light on the wireless temperature sensor flashes on and off2This indicates that the switch is turned on normally, otherwise it will be repeatedly turned on.
