AY type oil pump

Overview

The AY oil pump series is a modified and redesigned version of the old Y-shaped oil pump series. It is a new product developed to meet the needs of modernization construction and quickly adapt to equipment upgrades centered on energy conservation. It has the following characteristics.

1. The bearing body components have been changed from the original 35, 50, 60 bearing bodies to 45, 55, 70 bearing bodies, improving reliability.

2. The hydraulic flow component adopts a high-efficiency energy-saving pump hydraulic model, with an average efficiency improvement of 5-8% compared to the old Y-shaped oil pump.

3. To maintain inheritance, the structural type, installation dimensions, and performance parameter range of AY type oil pump are kept the same as those of Y-shaped oil pump, making it easier for old devices to be updated and renovated.

4. The degree of standardization of components is high, and standard parts are shared by several series of products.

5. The material selection is refined, with the main body mainly composed of Class I and additive materials, and the bearing body and other parts are increased to two types: cast steel and cast iron, providing favorable conditions for cold regions, outdoor use, and marine use.

6. There are three types of bearings: air-cooled, fan cooled, and water-cooled, which are selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Among them, fan cooling is particularly suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
