As a key equipment in water treatment processes, it can meet the process requirements of homogenization and flow of solid-liquid two-phase and solid-liquid gas three-phase in biochemical processes. It consists of a submersible motor, impeller, and installation system. Depending on the transmission method, submersible mixers can be divided into two series: mixing mixers and low-speed push flow mixers. Host structure:
It mainly consists of equipment host, installation system, and electrical control equipment.
The high-speed type is a direct coupled stamping submersible mixer according to its structural characteristics (the direct coupled submersible mixer mainly consists of an impeller and a submersible motor, with the impeller directly mounted on the motor shaft).
A guide vane, also known as a guide ring, is used to generate stable axial flow, reduce shaft power, improve efficiency, reduce vibration, and ensure stable operation. However, if the medium contains fibrous debris, the guide ring should be removed, otherwise it may cause problems such as entanglement and damage. The guide ring is usually made of stainless steel material.
Application scope of submersible mixer:
1. Mixed liquid of sewage sludge/sewage (wastewater/chemical water can also be raw water)
2. Can effectively control the separation of concentrated sludge
3. Mixing solution acid, alkali neutralization and pH adjustment process
4. Prevent the condensation and sedimentation of particles/sludge in sewage on the tank wall and bottom during operation
5. Effectively improve the efficiency of the heat transfer system
6. Other places where it is necessary to maintain the separation of two or three phases

The submersible mixer should be able to operate continuously under the following conditions:
