Agglomeration separation filter cartridgeDI-656D10TBUsed in oil-water separation systems, it mainly separates oil-water mixtures, suspension solutions, milk solutions, etc,Agglomeration separation filter cartridgeThe usage process in the system is divided into:
Solid liquid separation - emulsion breaking - coalescence - separation - adsorption.
In the system, the larger the ratio of aggregation and separation filters, the better the aggregation effect and the faster the separation speed. Currently, two types of water treatment filter cartridges have been standardized for production.
The coalescing filter element has the dual function of filtering impurities and coalescing moisture from kerosene, and is an important functional component of the fine filter.
Can meet the needs of various fine filters used in fixed mobile refueling facilities.
1. Using multi-layer composite structure filter paper, high filtration accuracy;
2. The carefully designed and specially treated glass fiber layer has a good agglomeration effect.
3. High flow density and reduced size of fine filters;
4. Large sewage capacity and long service life;
5. The specifications and varieties are complete, which can meet the needs of various precision filters.
Agglomeration separation filter cartridgeDI-656D10TBMainly designed for liquid-liquid separation, it contains two types of filter elements, namely: polymer filter element and separation filter element. For example, in the oil dehydration system, after the oil flows into the coalescence separator, it first flows through the coalescence filter element, which filters out solid impurities and aggregates tiny water droplets into larger water droplets. The vast majority of coalesced water droplets can be separated and removed from the oil by their own weight, and settle into the collection tank. Then the oil flows through the separation filter element, which has good oleophilicity and hydrophobicity, further separating moisture. Finally, the clean and anhydrous oil flows out of the coalescence separator. The oil first enters the lower part of the filter housing through the inlet pipe, and then flows through the filter element from the outside to the inside. At this time, coarser particles will immediately settle down and be discharged by the drain valve, while smaller particles will be intercepted by the filter element.
