Replacement and precautions

1. Replacement cycle: There is no fixed replacement cycle, which should be determined based on the actual operating conditions of the system and the degree of oil pollution. The best time to replace is when the differential pressure transmitter (red indicator head pops up) or alarm device on the filter sends out a signal.

2. Replacement steps:

Stop the machine and release the system pressure.

Clean the filter housing and surroundings to prevent contaminants from entering the system.

Remove the old filter element and dispose of it properly.

Clean the inside of the filter housing.

Apply a small amount of clean hydraulic oil to the sealing ring of the new filter element, then install the new filter element and tighten it by hand. Do not overtighten with tools.

After installation, start the system and check for leaks.

3. Important Notice:

When replacing the filter element, be sure to keep it clean to prevent pollutants from entering the system through the opening.
