Structure and principle:
Its internal structure consists of a bristle brush or stainless steel dead brush, stainless steel filter screen, and transmission components. It is automatically cleaned and discharged by a transmission motor and an electric valve. The operation mode is automatic (or manual), and it has pressure difference or timed automatic discharge function. The automation part adopts the world's PLC programmable controller. When the water flows through the filter, mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen. When the impurities accumulated on the surface of the filter screen increase and the pressure difference reaches 0.05MPA, the differential pressure switch sends a signal, and the PLC sends a command to start the transmission motor and open the drain valve. The impurities deposited in the filter screen are brushed down by the rotating brush and discharged from the drain outlet. The entire brushing and discharging process does not require personnel operation or shutdown. At the same time, the equipment also has timed cleaning and manual cleaning functions to ensure automatic cleaning of the filter screen and automatic discharge, truly realizing unmanned operation.

2. Accurate and reliable: The core part - the differential pressure controller adopts an imported brand, which has the advantages of precise measurement and reliable control, and eliminates the phenomenon of equipment not working or not stopping due to measurement and control errors.
3. Reasonable configuration: An electric ball valve is used as the drain valve to solve the problem of loose valve closure and unstable quality, and to avoid the impact of electromagnetic valve opening speed on system pressure.
4. Advanced design: The fully automatic brush self-cleaning filter absorbs Israel's automatic filtration technology and adopts a suction structure that can remove dirt.
5. Multiple self-protection: The controller is equipped with a working time limit protection. When a fault occurs, causing the filter to be blocked by a large amount of uncleanable foreign objects and resulting in excessive pressure, the continuous cleaning time can be set arbitrarily.
6. Careful processing: With a strict quality assurance system, rigorous organization, and meticulous processing, DQDS has a level of quality and a service life of over 15 years for the main unit and over 20 years for the auxiliary unit.
