1. Overview
With the development of industrial technology, leakage current poses a great threat to industrial production safety. In order to improve the continuity and reliability of power supply, many important production sites have adopted ungrounded power supply systems. The Ankerui AIM-T series industrial insulation monitoring instrument is mainly used in industrial fields such as mines, glass factories, electric furnaces and testing equipment, metallurgical plants, chemical plants, explosion hazardous areas, computer centers, and emergency power supplies in AC ungrounded systems. It is used to monitor the insulation status of the system to ground in real time. When the system encounters a grounding fault, it will promptly alarm and remind relevant personnel to troubleshoot the fault. The product design is strictly carried out in accordance with national standards and specifications.
2. Product Introduction
2.1 AIM-T System Industrial Insulation Monitoring Instrument
The isolated power monitoring system is used to centrally monitor the operation status of medical IT systems in all Class 2 medical facilities within the medical building. This centralized monitoring system can be set up in the duty room of hospital electrical operation and maintenance personnel, or integrated into other power monitoring systems, monitored by professional electrical personnel. Once a certain IT system fails, electrical maintenance personnel can make judgments within * time and handle it according to the on-site situation.
The AIM-T series insulation monitoring instrument is mainly used in the IT distribution system of industrial sites to monitor the insulation status of the IT system to the ground. When an insulation fault occurs in the system, it will alarm in a timely manner to remind electrical maintenance personnel to troubleshoot the fault in a timely manner. The products mainly include two series: AIM-T100 and AIM-T200. The AIM-T200 series is divided into Type A (rail mounted) and Type B (embedded mounted), which have the same functional and technical requirements except for the installation method.

3. Product application
3.1 Application of AIM-T100A Insulation Monitoring Instrument
The AIM-T100A insulation monitoring instrument is mainly used in AC single-phase or three-phase IT distribution systems at 800V and below, to supply power to equipment that does not allow power outages, such as electric motors, water pumps, air cooling and air conditioning systems, lighting systems, heating systems, mobile generators, and various rolling mills without variable speed drives. 3.2 Application of AIM-T200 series insulation monitoring instrument
It is mainly used in AC single-phase or three-phase ungrounded systems below 800V (excluding DC components or rectification equipment in the system), allowing the system to have a leakage capacitance to ground of less than 80uA. At the same time, this product supports the interconnection function of dual IT systems, that is, when two IT systems are combined into one IT system through a busbar, only one insulation monitoring instrument works, and the other automatically stops the insulation monitoring function after detecting the busbar switch is closed.
