Working principle of anti-corrosion PPH vacuum filtration tank
Vacuum formation: The vacuum pump continuously extracts air from the tank through a vacuum tube, making the internal pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure.
Filtering process: After the liquid containing solid particles is poured into the tank, the external atmospheric pressure pushes the liquid through the filter cloth, and the solid is intercepted to form a filter cake. The liquid enters the bottom of the tank and is discharged through the drain outlet.
Continuous operation: As the filter cake thickens, regular cleaning is required to maintain filtration efficiency; Vacuum state can lower the boiling point of liquids and accelerate filtration speed.
