The PPH water jet vacuum unit works based on the physical principle of water jet vacuum pump:
vacuum generation
After the power source drives the centrifugal pump to pressurize the water, it is sprayed into the throat of the vacuum pump at high speed through the nozzle, forming a high-speed water flow beam.
Gas suction
A negative pressure zone is generated around the water stream, which sucks in gas or steam from the container being processed, forming a gas-liquid mixture flow.
Mixing and Compression
The gas-liquid mixture flow decreases in velocity and increases in pressure inside the diffusion chamber, and the gas is further compressed and discharged from the outlet.
recycling
The separated water flows back to the circulating water tank, and after cooling, it enters the pump body again to achieve continuous vacuum extraction.
