1. Purpose:

Atmospheric deaerator is a device used to remove oxygen from boiler water. The use of atmospheric pressure deaerator can protect the boiler from oxygen corrosion.

2、 Principle:

The atmospheric deaerator consists of two parts: the deaeration head and the deaeration water tank.

The water supply is input into the deaeration head through the inlet pipe, and mist like water droplets are sprayed out in all directions through the nozzle. After being preheated by the rising steam, they flow down along the edge of the preheating chamber, forming a water curtain, and then come into contact with the steam again through the guide ring to complete the exchange deaeration process.
