Automotive anti-collision beam bending strength testing machineIt is a specialized testing equipment used to test the bending performance of automotive crash beams. This testing machine mainly conducts three-point bending tests on car collision beams to simulate actual road collision scenarios, in order to evaluate the bending resistance, stiffness, and energy absorption effect of car collision beams during the collision process. Mainly realize the bending test of automobile anti-collision beams (plates).


The range of testing for the bending modulus of the car door collision beam (pole) includes: the front collision beam, rear collision beam, car door collision beam (pole), side door collision beam (pole), roof crossbeam, side door strength, bumper, car front bumper, etc.

The equipment is usually equipped with microcomputer control software, which can collect data in real time, draw load displacement curves, and automatically calculate parameters such as bending strength and elastic modulus.
