Methane (biogas), acetylene, and ethylene can use Class II B-level explosion-proof structure types, while hydrogen and acetylene must use Class II C-level explosion-proof structure types; Explosion proof maintenance boxes are divided into outdoor rainproof and explosion-proof maintenance boxes (IP65) and indoor explosion-proof maintenance boxes (IP54); The maximum temperature group level of the explosion-proof electrical equipment in the explosion-proof maintenance box is T6 (maximum surface temperature of 85 ℃).
The explosion-proof maintenance box can be used for the control and maintenance of explosion-proof electrical equipment and non explosion-proof electrical equipment. It is easy to operate and equipped with explosion-proof plugs, allowing for flexible wiring without environmental restrictions.

2. The rated voltage is 220 or 380 volts;
3. The rated current of the main circuit can be set between 10 and 1000 amperes;
4. The explosion-proof maintenance box has a shunt current of 3 to 630 amperes per circuit;
5. The explosion-proof inspection box is marked as ExdeIIBT4 or ExdeIICT6 for explosion-proof purposes;
6. The assembly method of the explosion-proof maintenance box can be determined according to the user's requirements and designed based on the circuit diagram provided by the user.
1. Before installing and using the product, it is necessary to check whether the technical data on the nameplate matches the usage situation;
2. Before installation and maintenance, the front-end power supply must be cut off;
3. When the incoming and outgoing cables of the explosion-proof maintenance box pass through the rubber sealing ring, they must be tightened with washers and compression nuts to ensure that the seal and cables are not loose;
4. If the sealing ring corrodes, cracks, deforms, becomes sticky, or experiences a hardness change exceeding 20% of its original value during use, it should be promptly purchased and replaced from the manufacturer to ensure reliable explosion-proof performance;
5. During maintenance and disassembly, pay attention to the explosion-proof surface not being bumped, scratched, or corroded, and regularly apply 204-1 anti rust oil;
6. The explosion-proof maintenance box should be regularly inspected during use (at least every 15 days) to ensure its good operation;
7. Non electricians are strictly prohibited from opening covers for maintenance and inspection.
