Explosion proof maintenance power socket box (IIB, IIC)The design of circuits should fulfill the electrical functions of electrical appliances and ensure the correctness of electrical principles. Secondly, the electrical clearance, creepage distance, and insulation parameters of explosion-proof electrical appliances must comply with the requirements of GB3836. For example, when developing the QF40 explosion-proof starter, the creepage distance of the terminal post is designed to be no less than 16 mm, and the electrical clearance is no less than 10 mm. The creepage distance of electrical components and assembly layout in the explosion-proof chamber is no less than 16 mm, and the electrical clearance is no less than 10 mm. There is an internal grounding bolt in the explosion-proof wiring chamber. The shell is equipped with an external grounding bolt.

The maximum operating current and voltage of the developed intrinsically safe steel string frequency meter under normal operation and fault conditions shall not exceed the maximum allowable current designed: its creepage distance is 3 mm, the creepage distance under the insulation coating is 1mm, and the electrical clearance is 3 mm.
