1、 Description of Bag Explosion proof Dust Collector
The explosion-proof dust collector produced by our company uses the suction force of a high-pressure centrifugal fan to suck gas containing flammable and explosive dust into the explosion-proof dust collector body. After uniform distribution and diversion, the gas flows from bottom to top, and the dust is blocked on the surface of the bag. Clean air is discharged outside through the fan. To achieve the best dust removal effect, our company has installed anti-static cloth bags with a large filtration area and high precision filter materials. Their filtration efficiency can effectively remove solid particles with a diameter of 0.3-20 microns from the airflow, and the purification rate can reach over 95%. 2、 Design of bag type explosion-proof dust collector
1. Bag type explosion-proof pulse dust collector body installation with explosion-proof fins;

3. To prevent dust from accumulating in the body and dust bin, the dust bin and dust collector body are separated. At the same time, dust-proof plates should be installed on all beams, partitions, and other internal components of the dust collector during production, with a slope of less than 70 °.
