It is suitable for use in mines where methane, coal dust, and other substances in the surrounding air do not exceed the safety content specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations". It is used to control the full open and full closed of water, emulsion, oil, and liquid pipelines with low viscosity, non flammability, and no suspended solids. 1. The explosion-proof electromagnetic valve for mining is a direct control two position two normally closed structure, with a special electromagnet on the upper part of the valve body. As a power source for directly opening and closing valves. The lower part of the valve body is the valve seat, which consists of components such as the inlet, outlet, guide valve port, and movable iron core. After being powered on, under the electromagnetic effect, the movable iron core generates sufficient lifting force to overcome the spring and medium pressure, causing the movable iron core to detach from the water guide valve port, open the valve port, and allow the medium to flow. On the contrary, when power is cut off, under the action of spring and medium pressure, the movable iron core will close the water valve port, and the medium cannot flow.

2. Mining explosion-proof solenoid valves can open normally within the nominal pressure range and when the flow rate is close to zero or the inlet and outlet pressure difference is zero, thus ensuring high operational reliability.

3. The inlet of the solenoid valve is equipped with a high-efficiency mesh filter, which can effectively block impurities with a diameter greater than 0.5mm from flowing through the valve body, thereby avoiding harmful impurities from causing adverse effects.

4. According to user needs, the solenoid valve can automatically open and close periodically after connecting to a 36V or 127V power supply without the need for a power box and sensors for the control device. The opening and closing time can be determined by the user when placing an order.
