The drop ball testing machine is a multifunctional grinding ball testing device jointly developed by our company and the Institute of Process Materials, China Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences. It has been listed as a protected (publication number CN21050610) and promoted for application in China, used to detect the quality of grinding balls - to detect the breakage rate and wear of grinding balls.
The anti crushing performance of grinding balls is an important quality indicator, and the general usage unit requires a crushing index of less than 3% (some require 1%). If the crushing rate of the grinding ball is too high in actual use, the crushed grinding ball cannot play the role of grinding medium in the ball mill, which will greatly reduce the efficiency of the ball mill, increase electrical and power losses, and thus significantly increase costs and reduce productivity.
