Product Introduction
Convenient, fast, and accurate collection of soil samples, with maximum control of sampling errors, a soil sampler has been developed in the implementation of the "Land Fertility Survey and Quality Evaluation Project" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. The use of this sampler for collecting soil samples has advantages such as layering, equivalence, speed, and ease of operation
Currently, the most commonly used sampler for soil testing and formula fertilization is:
1. Hard soil sampler: length 700mm, outer diameter 30mm, inner diameter 25mm, ruler 300mm, hard stainless steel opening, reciprocating screw in type, reverse sampling, sampling depth 150mm, about 1kg soil sample
2. Slime sampler: square push out type, length 400mm, cross-section 19mm × 19mm, sampling depth 150mm, about 1kg soil sample.
Usage:
1. Hard soil sampling: Use a T-shaped sampler, place the sampler straight down, hold the handle with both hands and rotate it back and forth, while pressing down (the force should be even, depending on the shear strength of the soil to maintain the natural condition of the soil). After that, lift the sampler out, with the outlet (the end with the handle) facing the sample inlet. Gently press the index finger on the soil inlet end, and the soil sample will slide out smoothly. However, if the soil is too dry, fine soil particles may clog the sampler during rotation, and the sample cannot be released smoothly. You can use a rubber hammer (equipped) to gently tap it to release the sample. If the soil is too sticky, it will stick to the sampler. In this case, a lining adhesive should be placed on the inner wall and taken out together with the lining adhesive when sampling.
2. Sampling of Xini: Use a linear sampler to pull the push rod to the appropriate position (usually 150-200cm), insert it straight into the mud, and then rotate it to fill the sampler with soil (mud) before lifting it up. Align the sampler with the sample bag and use the push rod to push out the sample.
