Bidirectional wave packing is a packing material designed and developed by Northwest Electric Power Design Institute in 1988 based on the analysis and research of the practical characteristics of various packing materials in domestic cooling towers.
The bidirectional wave filler is a thin film type, consisting of straight waves with segmented displacement of sine waves and trapezoidal waves. Improved the turbulence and leakage speed of gas and water, improved the heat dissipation characteristics of the packing, ensured the smooth flow of the rubber ball due to the increased through-hole area, and enhanced the ability to prevent mud and dirt blockage. Its thermal and resistance characteristics are comparable to the introduced composite wave packing, and it has good cooling effect.
