Operating principle

1、 This product uses a specially designed high-energy beam to irradiate odorous gases, changing the molecular chain structure of odorous gases such as ammonia, * amine, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, carbon disulfide, and styrene, sulfides H2S, VOCs, benzene, toluene, and xylene. Under high-energy beam irradiation, the molecular chains of organic or inorganic high molecular weight odorous compounds are degraded and transformed into low molecular weight compounds such as CO2, H2O, etc.

2、 Using high-energy and high ozone beams to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, also known as reactive oxygen species. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone.

Features:

1、 Low operating cost: This equipment has no mechanical action, no noise, no need for dedicated management and daily maintenance, only requires regular inspections. The energy consumption of this equipment is low (only about 0.1 kWh of electricity is consumed for processing 1500 cubic meters per hour), and the wind resistance of the equipment is extremely low<35pa, which can save a lot of exhaust power energy consumption.

Exhaust gas purification and desorption process: This process is aimed at the activated carbon in the adsorption bed. It refers to the fact that the activated carbon can desorb after adsorbing a large amount of harmful substances after a period of use. The length of time the activated carbon is used is determined by the content of harmful substances in the exhaust gas and the length of time it is used. The desorption process uses a desorption tower, which uses a catalytic combustion device to evaporate the solvent in the activated carbon using hot air. The evaporated solvent cannot be directly discharged and will enter the catalytic device for combustion again. Some of the high-temperature gas after combustion is discharged into the air, but most of it is sent back to the adsorption bed as adsorption heat energy and continues to be recycled.
