Working principle and process:

1. The dehydrated sludge and sludge modifier are quickly and evenly mixed in the sludge modification mixer. The main principle of action of the modifier is to destroy the cell wall, destabilize the colloid, thereby reducing the water holding capacity of the sludge, converting the bound water into "destabilization water"; making the sludge "granular" and "porous", which is beneficial for the distribution and dewatering of the subsequent deep dewatering stage.

2. After modification, the sludge is transported to the main unit of the high-pressure belt filter press to achieve sludge dewatering under high pressure and dense force. Main working principle: Repeatedly and repeatedly press the modified sludge under high pressure to form 5-10mm porous flakes, ensuring that the moisture after destabilization is fully squeezed out.

Note: Overly thick and dense mud cakes will cause moisture to remain inside the cake even after destabilization.

3. The water holding capacity of deeply dehydrated sludge is significantly reduced, and the porosity of the sludge cake is high. After solidification, the moisture content of the sludge continues to decrease.
