Working Principle:

Belt type fruit and vegetable press is a solid-liquid separation machine that uses a double-layer filter screen to clamp the pulp and subject it to compression and shear on the squeezing roller. With the operation of the filter screen, the slurry enters the ultra large diameter virtual roller, and the wedge-shaped dewatering zone composed of two filter screens is preloaded. By slowly applying pressure, the slurry thickens and hardens, reducing fluidity and preparing for extrusion dewatering. Immediately after, the slurry enters the pressing section, where the pressure is continuously increased and reaches its maximum at the outlet. Under the dual action of the squeezing force of the filter screen and the shear force generated by the alternating position of the filter screen, most of the remaining juice in the slurry is filtered out, and the slurry becomes a sheet-like filter cake with a lower water content. The upper and lower filters are separated by the discharge roller, and the filter cake is peeled off from the filter screen by a scraper to achieve solid-liquid separation of the material.
