Boyu Power Plant desulfurization gypsum dewatering equipmentIt is a device that uses vacuum negative pressure as a driving force to achieve solid-liquid separation. In terms of structure, the filtration section is arranged along the horizontal length direction, which can continuously complete operations such as filtration, washing, suction drying, and filter cloth regeneration. The equipment has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing effect, low moisture content in the filter cake, flexible operation, and low maintenance costs. It can be widely used for solid-liquid separation in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection and other fields, especially in gypsum dehydration (FGD) in flue gas desulfurization, which has good applications.
The belt vacuum filter adopts a fixed vacuum box, and the tape slides on the vacuum box, forming a motion seal structure between the vacuum box and the tape. It can continuously and automatically complete process operations such as filtration, cake washing, slag unloading, and filter cloth regeneration, and the mother liquor and cake washing liquid can be collected in sections.
Working Principle:
The filter cloth serves as the filtering medium, and an integral annular rubber belt is used as the vacuum chamber. The circular tape is continuously driven by a motor, and the filter cloth is laid on the tape and runs synchronously with it. The tape slides in contact with the vacuum (there is a circular friction belt between the vacuum chamber and the tape, and water is introduced to form a water seal), and the slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by a cloth dispenser. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration zone is formed on the tape. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth, collects through the transverse grooves on the tape, and enters the vacuum chamber through small holes. Solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through a gas water separator. With the movement of the rubber belt, the formed filter cake enters the filter cake washing area and the suction drying area in sequence. Finally, the filter cloth and tape are separated, and the filter cake is discharged at the filter cake unloading roller. The filter cloth that removes the filter cake is regenerated after cleaning, and then enters the filtration zone again after passing through a set of support rollers and correction devices, starting a new filtration cycle.
