Principle:

Sludge with a moisture content of 80% -85% is treated with a sludge conditioner to break down the EPS cells, decompose hydrophilic organic colloids, reduce the affinity between sludge and water, and convert a large amount of bound water into free water. This improves the concentration and dewatering performance of the sludge, making it easier to remove water from the sludge through hydraulic pressure filtration at the back end.

The system is equipped with mechanical extrusion at a pressure of ≥ 600 tons, and the sludge is intercepted by the filter cloth and quickly discharged by the unloader; The squeezed clean water flows out from the gap of the filter frame, and after dehydration, the moisture content of the sludge stabilizes below 45%, which can be directly incinerated or utilized as a resource.
