The ventilation mechanism is a single suction type, with 7 machine numbers including No.3.15, No.4, No.5, No.6.3, No.8, No.10, and No.12.5.
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission group, etc.
The impeller has 10 Q235A material backward sloping circular arc blades, welded between the conical wheel cover and the flat plate disc. After static and dynamic balance correction, the operation is balanced.
The casing is welded with ordinary steel plates to form a snail shaped shell as a whole.
The air inlet, as a convergent streamlined integral structure, is fixed to the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
The transmission system consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, pulleys, etc. Using rolling bearings and lubricating them with calcium sodium based grease.
