Overview:
The CK7516 series CNC lathe has advanced designs in terms of overall strength, dynamic and static stiffness, mechanical structure of main components, protective cooling, and safety. This series of machine tools adopts high-strength cast iron casting, integral structure of bed base, inclined guide rail, high-precision through-hole spindle structure, anti vibration design, and wide area AC spindle motor. Key components such as spindle bearings and feed screw bearings are all world-renowned products, equipped with multi station turret tool holders, which can continuously index and change tools nearby, with high indexing accuracy and fast indexing speed. The machine tool is equipped with Japanese FANUC 0i TD, FANUC 0i Mate TD, German Siemens 810D, 802D, Omori 3i and other CNC systems, and can also be equipped with other famous brand systems at home and abroad. The hydraulic components, lubrication units, and chucks of the machine tool are all selected from high-quality products at home and abroad.
