1. Main performance and purpose of the machine tool
YBS3120 machine tool is suitable for processing spur and helical cylindrical gears, sprockets, and splines. The main electrical and hydraulic components are products from well-known domestic manufacturers. The worktable indexing worm gear adopts double headed worm gear transmission to improve the machining efficiency of the machine tool. When machining gears, the machine tool only needs to make one adjustment to complete the machining work in batches in an automatic cycle (one box cycle). Specially suitable for batch processing of small-sized and low tooth gears in the motorcycle, micro car, and electric tool industries.
YBS3120 machine tool is inspected and shipped according to the GB/T8064-1998 "Precision Inspection of Hobbing Machines" standard.
