>COD CR online automatic monitoring instrument
Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) is a chemical method used to measure the amount of reducible substances that need to be oxidized in a water sample. Under certain conditions, the amount of oxidant consumed to oxidize reducing substances in 1 liter of water sample is used as an indicator to convert it into milligrams of oxygen required per liter of water sample after complete oxidation, expressed in mg/L. It reflects the degree of pollution caused by reducing substances in water. This indicator is also one of the comprehensive indicators of the relative content of organic matter.

Ø Performance characteristics ·The digestion colorimetric process of the instrument is completed in one, with a simple and reliable structure, reducing the possibility of errors. ·Adopting imported modified polytetrafluoroethylene transparent hose with a diameter greater than 1.5mm, reducing the probability of particle blockage in water samples. ·It can automatically clean the sampling pipeline to prevent the formation of algae or biofilm. ·After abnormal reset and power failure, the instrument will automatically discharge residual reactants and restore working status. ·Low failure rate, minimal maintenance, and low reagent consumption. ·The intelligent fault self diagnosis function, alarm prompt, instrument management and maintenance are very convenient. ·Adopting multi-channel valves, it has strong anti-corrosion performance, long service life, and is safe and reliable.
Ø Application Fields Suitable for wastewater with chemical oxygen demand ranging from 10 to 2000 mg/L and chloride concentration below 2.5 g/L Cl ¯, according to user requirements, it can be applied to wastewater with chloride concentration below 20 g/L Cl ¯.
