Magnetic pumps replace dynamic seals with static seals, keeping the overcurrent components of the pump in a sealed state, solving the problems of running, emitting, and dripping that other pump mechanical seals cannot avoid. Magnetic pumps use corrosion-resistant and high-strength engineering plastics, corundum ceramics, stainless steel, and other materials as manufacturing materials, so they have good corrosion resistance and can protect the transported medium from pollution.
The overcurrent components are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as colored stainless steel, high-density carbon, high-purity alumina ceramics, and filled with polytetrafluoroethylene. With a leak free sealing structure design, they ensure the safe transportation of chemical fluids. The pump's efficiency reaches 50-55%, and the design process of the pump fully considers energy saving. The structure is simple, with modular main components for easy and quick disassembly and inspection. Vulnerable parts can be replaced separately.

Principle: Assemble n n pairs of magnets (n is even) in a regular arrangement on the inner and outer magnetic rotors of the magnetic actuator, so that the magnet parts form a complete coupled magnetic system. When the inner and outer magnetic poles are opposite in polarity, i.e. the displacement angle between the two poles is Φ=0, the magnetic energy of the magnetic system is at its lowest; When the magnetic poles rotate to opposite poles, i.e. the displacement angle between the two magnetic poles is Φ=2 π/n, the magnetic energy of the magnetic system is maximized. After removing the external force, due to the mutual repulsion of the magnetic poles in the magnetic system, the magnetic force will restore the magnet to its lowest magnetic energy state. So the magnet generates motion, driving the magnetic rotor to rotate.
