The magnetic pump uses corrosion-resistant, steel jade ceramic magnets, and reinforced polypropylene as manufacturing materials, so it has excellent corrosion resistance and can protect the transported medium from pollution.

Its primary feature is the use of a magnetic coupling to transmit power, without leakage. When the outer magnetic steel of the electric motor drives the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and barrier sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the electric motor and transmitting torque without mechanical touch. At the power input end of the pump shaft, there is no leakage because the liquid is enclosed in a stopped barrier sleeve without a dynamic seal. The type and basic parameters of CQ series magnetic pumps comply with the JB/TQ786-89 "Type and Basic Parameters of Small Magnetic Driven Centrifugal Pumps" specification and the "Supplementary Provisions to Three Specifications for Small Magnetic Driven Centrifugal Pumps".

Installation and application:
1、 Magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally and not vertically. Plastic pumps should not accept pipeline components. For special straight devices, the motor must face upwards.
2、 When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, simply open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3、 Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades roll sensitively, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
4、 Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation symbol of the magnetic pump.
5、 After the motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve and wait for the pump to enter normal operating conditions before adjusting the discharge valve to the desired opening.
6、 Before stopping the pump operation, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.
