CY700 stainless steel wire mesh corrugated packingLike plate corrugated packing, the disc-shaped regular packing is composed of vertically arranged corrugated wire mesh strips. The direction of the corrugations is inclined at 30 or 45 degrees to the tower axis, and adjacent two corrugations have opposite directions. The diameter of the packing disc is several millimeters smaller than the tower diameter, tightly filling the tower section. The outer hoop of each packing plate can have a flange to prevent wall flow, and the adjacent upper and lower plates can be rotated 90 degrees for loading. For small towers with a diameter of over 1.5m or towers without flange structures, the filling material can be packed in a whole tray. For large towers with a diameter of over 1.5m or towers without flange structures, they can be assembled in blocks by being loaded into the tower through manholes. Thirdly, good radial diffusion ensures sufficient gas-liquid contact.
Fourthly, avoid blockage, corrosion, and difficulty in cleaning, and only use chemical methods for cleaning.
Fifth, the high cost of unit volume fillers limits their range of use to a certain extent.
