Product Introduction

CZ chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, mainly used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food and medicine to transport clean or particle containing liquids, low or high temperature neutral or corrosive liquids. The temperature of the medium transported is generally -45 ℃ -180 ℃.

The performance range of CZ series chemical pumps includes all the performance indicators of IH series chemical pumps, such as efficiency and cavitation performance, which exceed those of IH pumps and can be interchanged with IH type pumps as a single machine.

The pump speed is divided into two types: 2900 and 1450 revolutions per minute, and the performance is shown in the following table:

Structure description:

The pump is a single-stage, horizontal, volute pump. The pump body is foot supported and has a single suction impeller. Axial suction, radial discharge;

Hydraulic balance is achieved through the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers;

Partial specifications of pump bodies are designed with double volute shells to balance radial forces;

The shaft seal can use soft packing seal (which can be cooled or not cooled), or various structures of single or double end mechanical seals (which can be balanced);

The rated pressure rating of the suction and discharge pipe flanges is the same.

Lubricate the bearings with clean No. 22 mechanical oil.

The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the prime mover end.

The entire suspension system, including the shaft, impeller, shaft seal, pump cover, etc., forms a composite component that can be used for pump maintenance and repair without disassembling the pipelines. When using an extended coupling, the motor does not need to be removed

The pump flange adopts two pressure levels, PN16 and PN25 (depending on the material), and can also be applied to ANSI standard 125 or 150 levels
