Product advantages

1. The suction and discharge ports of this type of pump are both located below the axis of the water pump, perpendicular to the axis in a horizontal direction. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet water pipes and motors. From the direction of rotation, the water pump rotates clockwise (or counterclockwise according to user needs).

2. The main components of the pump include: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, etc.

3. The pump body and pump cover form the working chamber of the impeller, and there are pipe screw holes for installing vacuum and pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet flanges. The lower part of the inlet and outlet flange is equipped with screw holes for water discharge pipes.

4. The impeller that has undergone static balance verification is fixed on the shaft with the sleeve nuts on both sides of the sleeve, and its axial position can be adjusted through the sleeve nuts.

5. The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings. The bearing is installed inside the bearing body, at both ends of the pump body, and lubricated with butter.

6. The double suction sealing ring is used to reduce water leakage from the pressure chamber of the water pump back to the suction chamber.

7. The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling. If necessary, internal combustion engines can also be used for transmission.

8. The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be used according to user needs).
