Centrifugal blower for lime kiln
1. Purpose
The centrifugal blower for lime kilns is a brand new series of blowers designed and manufactured by our factory. This series of blowers is mainly used in various lime kilns and can also be selected for other purposes according to their performance. However, it is limited to discharging air and non corrosive, non self igniting, and non viscous gases. The temperature of the discharged gas does not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas do not exceed 150mm/m3.
2. Characteristics
The SHC series lime kiln centrifugal blower is a specialized fan designed for gas fired kilns. The biggest feature of this fan is that it can meet the requirements of low air volume, high pressure, energy saving, and low noise for gas fired kilns. Can replace the original supporting fan series 9-19 or fixed volume blower. The 9-19 series is a single pole impeller centrifugal blower, which is difficult to meet the requirements of low flow and high pressure for lime kilns, and also has high noise. Constant volume blowers consume energy and produce loud noise, causing significant environmental pollution. The SHC series centrifugal blower for lime kilns not only has the characteristics of low flow rate, high pressure, energy saving, and low noise, but also has a wide high-efficiency range, flat performance curve, wide adjustment range, stable usage characteristics, reliable operation, and long service life. Easy installation, debugging, inspection, maintenance, and upkeep.

4. Structure and Transmission
In order to improve the rigidity of the casing, prevent vibration and absorb noise, this series of centrifugal blowers all use cast iron shells. Each machine number uses single row radial ball bearings with radial air intake. According to the strength requirements, the impeller material is welded from low-alloy steel plates. The motor and fan are directly connected by a coupling.

5. Rotation direction and position of air inlet and outlet
The blower rotates counterclockwise when viewed from one end of the motor, and the direction of rotation of the impeller can be seen on the directional sign. It cannot be reversed for use, and the air inlet and outlet of each machine number are vertically upward.
