The circular counter current closed cooling tower is corrosion-resistant, strong, lightweight, small in size, occupies less space, beautiful and durable, and is easy to transport, install and maintain. 1) During the installation of the cooling tower, attention should be paid to fire prevention. It is strictly prohibited to use open flames such as welding (or gas cutting) in the tower body and its vicinity, and smoking is not allowed for personnel present. If open flames are used, corresponding safety measures should be taken.

2) The foundation of the cooling tower should be kept horizontal, and the pillars should be perpendicular to the base surface. The height difference between each base surface should not exceed ± 1mm. The center distance is allowed

The difference is ± 2mm.

3) When assembling the tower body, the bolts should be symmetrically tightened, and forced twisting installation is not allowed. After assembly, there should be no water or air leakage.

4) The cooling tower feet and foundation embedded steel plates need to be directly positioned and welded, and the embedded steel plates should be horizontal and firm.

5) During transportation and storage of cooling tower components, heavy objects are not allowed to be placed on them, they must not be exposed to direct sunlight, and attention should be paid to open flames.

6) The inlet and outlet pipes, as well as the supplementary water pipes of the cooling tower, should be separately equipped with pipe supports to avoid transferring the weight of the pipes to the tower body.

7) Fan blades should be properly stored to prevent deformation. The motor and transmission components should be oiled and stored indoors.

8) To prevent debris from entering the nozzle and orifice, it should be carefully cleaned before assembly.

9) After the installation of the cooling tower, the pipes, packing surfaces, water collection trays, and other dirt and debris inside the tower should be cleaned, and the system should be washed.

Circular counter current closed cooling towerstructural characteristics

(1) Tower body: Reasonable profile, smooth airflow, excellent material, bright colors, surface coating resin containing anti UV agent, aging resistance, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance. According to the ordering requirements, the lower tower body can be equipped with overflow, sewage, and automatic water supply pipes, which can directly absorb water from here, eliminating the need for a cooling pool. It is also equipped with noise reduction pads, effectively reducing dripping sound.

(2) Filler: Modified polyvinyl chloride wave plate is used, with convex ribs added horizontally. It has strong water redistribution ability, low resistance, good thermal performance, high temperature resistance of 70 degrees, low temperature of -50 degrees, and good flame retardancy.

(3) Rotating water distributor and water distribution pipe: equipped with stainless steel ball bearings, it operates flexibly and reliably, with low water head and uniform water distribution. The water distribution pipe is made of aluminum alloy or fiberglass, and a water collection plate is installed on the pipe to overcome the phenomenon of floating water.

(4) Fan: A low-noise, high-efficiency fan designed by the Department of Engineering Mechanics at Tsinghua University based on a series of cooling tower parameters, with aluminum alloy plate airfoil or fiberglass blades, low noise, and high efficiency.

(5) Motor: A low-noise energy-saving motor designed by the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University for cooling towers based on the Y-series installation dimensions. It has good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, and low noise.

(6) Deceleration device: It adopts polyester fiber-reinforced chloroprene rubber power belt transmission, which is heat-resistant, efficient, does not stretch when encountering water, overcomes slipping phenomenon, and has very low noise.

(7) Sound absorption facilities: The ultra-low noise cooling tower has added a shield with sound-absorbing materials outside the air inlet, and is equipped with sound-absorbing grilles in the upper and lower parts to achieve a large noise reduction effect. A horn shaped shield and sound-absorbing grille with sound-absorbing material were installed at the outlet of the upper tower, reducing the noise emitted by the fan and motor.

(8) Air intake window: equipped with fiberglass louvers to reduce floating water and low airflow resistance, especially suitable for units in northern regions and those that need to use cooling towers all year round.

(9) Bracket: All steel brackets for fans, fillers, air inlet windows, tower bodies, etc. are prefabricated, galvanized or painted for corrosion protection. Fasteners are made of galvanized or stainless steel bolts.
