The circulating grid cleaning machine is a specialized water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shapes of debris in fluids, and can be widely used in urban sewage treatment. Continuous rotating motion, the rake teeth intercept solid suspended solids in the sewage. When the intercepted solids are transported to the upper part of the equipment, the rake teeth change their direction of movement, and solid debris falls down on their own. The debris stuck to the rake teeth is cleaned up by the rubber brush of the cleaning mechanism running in the opposite direction. When overloaded, the spring presses down and the proximity plate approaches the proximity switch, causing the motor to stop running.

installation and debugging

1. The lifting of the rotary grille machine must be carried out by hanging the top plate hole or lower foot lifting ring of the box with steel wire rope.

2. Installation position: The bottom foot of the rotary grille must be flush with the bottom surface, and the front end of the equipment should be basically flush with the front end face of the groove.

3. Pour cement mortar into the anchor bolts, wait for the cement to solidify, and then tighten the nuts.

4. Before starting up, the front of the rotary grille should be free of large stones or other coarse debris. If there are any, they should be removed before starting up.

5. Operation

1) Check if all components are loose before operation.

2) Remove the motor cover and rotate the fan by hand. The entire machine should run smoothly and flexibly.

3) Lubricate the sprocket and chain with lubricating oil.

4) Jog the electric motor, visually check if the direction of operation is correct, start the motor, check if the electrical action is normal and reliable, and if the working current is normal.

5) During operation, all components should rotate flexibly without any jamming or abnormal sounds.

6. The rotary grille utilizes elastic devices as overload protection. Adjust the proximity position of the switch before use.

Return to maintenance and upkeep

1. The bearings of this machine are lubricated with calcium based grease, which has been fully added during installation. If running continuously, open the bearing gland and add sufficient lubricating grease every six months.

2. Chain lubrication: Lubricate the chain and sprocket once a week with lubricating oil.

3. The lubricating oil of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer should be kept at the normal position of the oil gauge for a long time.

4. Replace the lubricating oil for the motor bearings every six months.
