1、 When the handle of a manual hydraulic forklift is damaged, it cannot be repaired and can only be replaced directly. The steps for replacing the handle are as follows:

1. Pull out the split pin; 2. Pull out the long bolt to the right; 3. Insert the handle and then return the long bolt; 4. Press down on the handle and remove the fixing pin; 5. Handle chain, passing through the circular hole on the long bolt; 6. At the end of the chain, it is stuck in the groove of the pedal; 7. Fixed cylinder, elastic pin; 8. Fixed with elastic pins on both sides of the long bolt; 9. The handle has been successfully installed.

After the installation of the manual hydraulic vehicle handle, the fork should be lifted and lowered back and forth 2-3 times throughout its full stroke. Check whether there is any neutral position on the handle when the fork rises and whether the descent is smooth. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, adjust it according to the method introduced earlier. In addition, during the installation of the manual hydraulic vehicle handle, it is easy to encounter a lack of pressure when moving.

Exhaust method for manual hydraulic handling forklift: If the manual hydraulic handling forklift fails to lift, you can try to eliminate the air in the oil pump of the manual hydraulic forklift. Air can cause the hydraulic pressure to not rise or rise slowly. The following exhaust method can be used to eliminate the fault.

The hydraulic oil in the manual hydraulic forklift is causing the hydraulic valve to fail to close, there is air in the hydraulic oil, the seals are worn or damaged, and the pressure relief valve is not properly adjusted. The specific maintenance method is as follows: first clean the dirt inside the oil cylinder with diesel or gasoline cleaner, and then add clean hydraulic oil. When replacing the hydraulic oil, keep it clean. First, store the oil in a clean location. When changing or refueling, be careful not to bring dirt into the manual hydraulic forklift system.
