Precautions

Before starting the filter cloth flushing water pump, the shaft seal water should be opened (as long as there is water flowing out).

Before starting the vacuum belt conveyor, check that there are no debris inside the belt and filter cloth, and that the air source pressure in the electrical control cabinet is 0.4 MPa; The sealing water flow rate is above 1.8m3/h (about 2.3m3/h during normal operation), and the pressure of the filter cloth flushing water is above 0.3MPa.

Before starting the vacuum pump, it is necessary to open the shaft seal water (if there is water flowing out, it should not be too large), close the drain valve, and ensure that the working water flow rate is not less than 6m3/h (about 10m3/h during normal operation). During operation, adjust the belt speed according to the gypsum thickness (15mm~30mm) and dry humidity.
