Mesh belt is a mechanical device that uses static friction to drive continuous transportation of materials. By applying it, materials can be transported on a certain conveyor line, forming a material conveying process from the initial feeding point to the final unloading point. It can transport both fragmented materials and individual items. In addition to pure material transportation, it can also be coordinated with the requirements of the production processes in various industrial enterprises to form a rhythmic flow operation transportation line. The mesh belt materials used in different environments also vary, such as carbon steel, galvanized iron wire, spring steel, etc. The different working environments of applications determine the choice of materials.
Spunbond non-woven fabric conveyor belt
Mesh belts are required in the production process of non-woven fabrics for molding, drying, and transportation. In this process, the stability of the mesh belt, the precision of edge cutting of the mesh belt, the anti sticking performance, anti-static performance, and high temperature resistance of the mesh belt will all affect the efficiency and quality of non-woven fabric production. GKD provides mesh belts ranging from stainless steel materials to various synthetic fiber materials, which can meet the demanding needs of customers.

A conveyor belt is a type of belt that operates through auxiliary equipment such as chains, chain plates, horseshoe chains, or gears to ensure the smooth operation of the conveyor process
troubleshooting
1. If there is a deviation of the mesh belt, adjust the tension shaft at one end of the driven shaft slowly and remember to adjust quickly, which may cause scratches on the edge of the mesh belt.
2. If the mesh belt shakes, check whether the conveyor frame and the rollers inside the conveyor tunnel are corroded and refuse to rotate, and adjust them one by one.
3. If the chain driven mesh belt experiences chain jumping and unstable operation, it is necessary to check whether the sprockets at both ends of the drive shaft are synchronized and whether the tooth ends are excessively worn.
