I. Overview

The KTC191 coal mine underground communication control device is a control system developed by Huainan Hualin Electric Co., Ltd. and specifically designed for centralized control, detection, protection, communication, language alarm, and visual monitoring of coal mine underground working faces. The main control adopts a 10.2-inch LCD display screen, which presents various device statuses in the form of color graphics, animations, and Chinese characters. Whether it is parameter settings or fault locations, they are displayed in Chinese characters; Except for the power box, all other components of the system are inherently safe devices, ensuring that the system's sealing meets at least IP54 standards. The system has powerful functions, reliable performance, simple and intuitive operation, and convenient maintenance.

2、 Usage environment

a) Environmental temperature: 0 ℃ to+45 ℃;

b) Average relative humidity: not exceeding 95% (+25 ℃);

c) Atmospheric pressure: 80kPa~106kPa;

d) In situations where there is no significant vibration or impact;

e) There is an explosive mixture of methane and coal dust underground in coal mines, but there is no mixture of corrosive gases that can damage insulation.

3、 Device composition

1. The KTC191-Z mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety controller is equipped with a 10.2-inch color display screen, and the control part adopts an intrinsic safety PLC, which is the center of control, monitoring, and display.

2. KTK18 (C) intrinsically safe amplifying telephone for mining: It can achieve functions such as locking, communication, and warning along the line, with an amplifying intensity greater than 100 decibels. It has a battery inside and can still communicate for more than 8 hours after a power outage.

3. KTK18 (D) intrinsically safe amplifying telephone for mining (with local start stop function): installed at the head of the transfer machine and transport machine, used for local start stop of crushers, transfer machines, and transport machines.

Place one scraper conveyor head and one transfer machine head. There are a total of 2 items; The specific length of the seven core tensile cable used for mining connection depends on the length of the transfer machine.

4. KTC191-ZD mining intrinsic safety multifunctional terminal: used at the end of the system line, mainly used to collect terminal voltage signals and form emergency stop circuits.

4、 Device function

1. For the start stop control of coal transportation equipment on the working face, it has the function of switching between high and low speeds of the motor, starting against the coal flow and stopping along the coal flow;

2. For the start stop control of various pump stations, the liquid level and pressure of the pump can be detected and displayed, and the solenoid valve of the pump can be logically controlled according to the changes in liquid level and pressure.

3. Telephone call: using half duplex communication method with high clarity.

4. Locking function: capable of achieving emergency stop function of the device and displaying the emergency stop position.

5. Distributed control: can be separately set to be interlocked with or not interlocked with the lock; Remote data collection and control can be achieved without the need for additional wiring from the controller.

6. Cables and connectors: Double shielded and double sheathed strong tensile flame-retardant cables are used, and the connector housing is made of precision cast stainless steel. The plugs and sockets are quickly connected using "U" - shaped pins.

7. Capable of detecting the start stop status of equipment.

8. After controlling the computer to detect the above parameters, display the device start/stop and various protective sensor actions in the form of graphics, animations, and Chinese characters, and distinguish them with different colors.

9. It has language alarm prompt function for equipment start stop, line locking and line faults, various sensor protection and faults, etc., displaying the status of the equipment at that time.
