Direct filtration technology for mine water refers to the process of treating raw water without the need for adding coagulants or flocculants. The raw water directly enters the treatment device to remove suspended solids such as coal dust and sand and gravel from the raw water. The filtered purified water can be directly discharged or enter the subsequent deep treatment system according to different environmental protection needs.

The selected corundum membrane filtration device is a highly standardized, integrated, and modular filtration system. Assemble membrane modules in parallel to form a membrane stack, with several membrane stacks forming one membrane unit after another. The membrane unit, together with peripheral supporting equipment, forms a complete set of membrane filtration equipment. Several sets of membrane filtration equipment, along with shared backwashing, cleaning, air scrubbing, integrity testing, automation control systems, etc., form a complete membrane filtration device. It can be combined according to different water quantities and construction environments. At present, a pore size of 0.1um is selected for high filtration accuracy, with suspended solids in the effluent below 1mg/L and turbidity close to zero.

Liquid solid separation dehydration equipment: MCF flotation column is a high-efficiency coal washing specialized flotation column developed by combining the advantages of current counter current and microbubble flotation columns. After being preprocessed, the slurry is fed into the flotation column about 1-2 meters below the top, and mineral particles settle in the slurry under the action of gravity and buoyancy. The circulating pump drives the micro bubbles generated by the high-speed flow of the slurry to rise under the effect of buoyancy. The rising bubbles contact and collide with the settling mineral particles in the flotation column collection area. Hydrophobic mineral particles are captured and attached to the bubbles, and rise and gather at the top of the column to form a mineralized foam layer (cleaning area) with a thickness of up to 1m. Add flushing water on the foam layer to remove the hydrophilic impurities that enter the foam layer due to entrainment, and further improve the high grade of concentrate. The tailings are discharged from the bottom of the flotation column through the liquid level control device.

The MCF flotation column has the advantages of simple structure, short process flow, and high degree of automation. It has better separation effect on fine-grained minerals than other flotation equipment, and often can select higher grade concentrates than other types of flotation equipment.
