Coal slurry ultra-high pressure dewatering equipmentThe drum type coal slurry dryer equipment with mature structure, easy operation, and stable performance is specially designed for wet coal slurry, which is easy to bond and can effectively dry wet coal slurry, and is deeply loved by users. The squeezing pressure can reach 100 kilograms, which is 8-10 times that of traditional filter presses. Single person digital panel operation, all other processes are automatically controlled by PLC.

Deep ash removal and quality improvement of coal slurry

1. Comparison with traditional washing techniques:

(1) Conventional washing: using gravity technology theory, it is an extensive quality improvement washing with a low recovery rate of only 30-65%; 15-30% of the active ingredients are wasted, resulting in solid waste and sewage pollution to the environment. The washing effect is poor, and the recovery rate of clean coal, middling coal, slime and gangue is low.

(2) Deep flotation: The technical theory is based on the surface charge of mineral particles, utilizing different ion characteristics for flotation. The recovery rate is high, with over 98% of the active ingredients being recovered. It can achieve the complete consumption and extraction of coal, with zero pollution emissions. The washing effect is good, and the recovery rate of clean coal and tailings is high.

Value Exploration:

1. Deep dewatering for efficient utilization: The average calorific value of existing coal slurry is approximately 6-8 MJ/Kg. After ultra-high pressure dehydration, the moisture content of coal slurry can reach below 18%, and the heat generation can be increased to 8-12MJ/Kg. This meets the heat generation requirements of electric coal. Dry coal slurry can be used alone as electric coal or as a mixed raw material for electric coal.

2. Protecting the surrounding environment: China mines 4 billion tons of raw coal annually, with a required washing rate of 80%. The annual coal slurry production is 576 million tons. If fully utilized, 196 million tons of standard coal can be recovered, equivalent to 280 1 million ton coal mines.
