A multifunctional composite additive for modifying coal tar into heavy oil, containing efficient dispersing active ingredients and surfactants, which can improve the combustion efficiency of coal tar.

Usage:

First, add the product to the storage tank, then inject fuel oil at a ratio of1:2000-3000(volume ratio)
