The coarse material screening machine includes equipment hygiene, complete, tightened, and intact connecting bolts in all parts, checking whether the exciter is intact, checking whether each spring vibrating screen is damaged, missing, or broken, checking whether the screen plate is blocked by debris and the screen surface is flat without damage or looseness, checking whether the inlet and outlet chutes are unobstructed, checking whether the crossbeam is welded, checking whether the control box, communication, and lighting are intact, whether the grounding protection is reliable, and whether the control buttons are flexible and reliable.

After starting the coarse material screening machine, stand next to the control box and monitor the equipment to start. If any abnormalities are found, stop the machine immediately. After starting normally, inspect each vibrating screen again for blockages, regularly observe the temperature and sound of the vibrating motor, and check whether the four corner amplitudes of the screen vibration are consistent. Check if the feeding and discharging of the sieve are normal and if there are any blockages.
