1、 Introduction to Deodorization in Biological Washing Filter

The biological washing filtration deodorization device combines three biological technologies: biological washing, biological drip filtration, and biological filtration. It is a new type of composite biological deodorization device developed based on the advantages of the three biological technologies. Generally, for industrial systems that are difficult to handle, deodorization is carried out. The odor is washed through the inlet washing area, and then washed with pre water or concentrated chemical washing solution. In the washing area, the absorption of the water chemical agent for the odor is completed, and the pre-treatment of dust removal and humidification is carried out. The odor gas that has not been removed enters the multi-stage biological filter bed filtration zone again. 2、 Principle of biological washing, filtration and deodorization

The deodorization technology of biological washing filter is based on the same principle as the biological filter method, except that it adds a washing pretreatment system and enhances the adsorption and chemical absorption of detergents. The deodorization technology of biological washing filter mainly includes sealed systems for polluted areas, odor collection and transportation systems, and biological filters. The adsorption purification in biofilters generally goes through the following steps: ① Organic pollutants in exhaust gas first come into contact with water and dissolve (or mix) in the water, that is, they diffuse into the liquid film through the gas film; ② The organic pollutants dissolved (or mixed) in the liquid film are further diffused into the biofilm by the concentration difference, and then captured and absorbed by the microorganisms inside; ③ The organic pollutants that enter the microbial body are decomposed as energy and nutrients in their own metabolic processes, ultimately transforming into harmless compounds. In the purification process, the total absorption rate mainly depends on the diffusion rate of organic pollutants in the gas and liquid phases (gas film diffusion, liquid film diffusion) and the biochemical reaction rate.
