The ZBW (ZSBW) series single and three-phase microcomputer controlled contactless compensation power stabilizer is a new high-power AC stabilized power supply designed by our company based on China's national conditions. This product is based on advanced power electronics and computer digital fuzzy control technology, abandoning the carbon brushes and mechanical structures of ordinary voltage regulators, and integrating advanced combination winding compensation methods, contactless switches, and microcomputer controlled AC voltage stabilization technology.
This voltage regulator has made a breakthrough in solving the damage caused by conjugate current surge and overvoltage generated by non-contact switches during the transient process of system and device operation. It has strong instantaneous overload capability, greatly improving the reliability of system operation. Its friendly LCD display screen facilitates user operation and query.
Applicable occasions: various CNC machining centers, medical equipment, printing machinery equipment, environmental testing equipment, electronic detection equipment, communication equipment, etc., especially suitable for harsh power supply environments such as large fluctuations in the power grid and sudden voltage changes.
● Main features
▶ High voltage stabilization accuracy: The voltage stabilization accuracy can be adjusted from 1% to 5%; Using high-precision 12 bit ADC for RMS true RMS and FFT operations.
▶ Fast response speed: response time is less than or equal to 0.02S; the control system uses a high-speed 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4-168 MHz microprocessor.
▶ Multiple display parameters: input and output voltage, current, and other electrical parameters can be set by touching the buttons; Adopting high brightness LCD display or optional HMI human-machine interface touch screen display.
▶ Strong anti-interference ability: The control system adopts digital processing, automatic voltage stabilization, startup delay, automatic fault recovery function, and is fully unmanned throughout the process.
▶ Wide range of load types: suitable for all inductive, capacitive, and resistive loads.
▶ Full protection function: It has overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, overheating, and phase loss protection functions.
▶ Wide voltage regulation range: standard ± 20%, customizable within ± 30%~± 50% range.

▶ Stable control technology: Advanced PID fuzzy control technology ensures good system stability.
▶ Excellent output waveform: The output voltage waveform has no distortion or harmonics.
▶ Excellent material selection: 0.35mm high magnetic conductivity and low loss coated silicon steel sheet, 1600V voltage resistant thyristor unit.
▶ High degree of self-control: The system has fully automatic voltage stabilization, startup delay, and automatic fault recovery functions.
▶ Large load capacity: The voltage regulator capacity can be selected from 1KVA to 1600KVA.
▶ Full communication function: RS485+RS232+GRPS three communication methods are optional, in line with Modbus RTU protocol, to achieve remote signaling, telemetry and remote control functions.
▶ Strong purification ability: Install a high flux surge suppressor at the input of the voltage regulator to solve the impact of lightning induction and interference pulse spikes on the equipment.
