An isolation wall should be set up between the inside and outside of the comprehensive security zone. The isolation wall should be an uninterrupted fully enclosed isolation facility, without any damage or gaps. The total net height of the isolation wall from the ground shall not be less than 3 meters. There shall be no buildings within 5 meters of the outer diameter of the isolation wall.

The fence adopts a metal mesh type, consisting of a base, a metal mesh steel pipe frame, and a wire mesh. The bottom base is a C25 cement concrete prefabricated component with a height of 0.5m. The middle part is a metal diamond shaped mesh steel pipe structure, and the distance between the steel pipe and the metal mesh, as well as the distance between the metal mesh and the bottom abutment, are not more than 0.01m,

The height of the steel pipe (or square steel) shall not be less than 2.5m, and the diameter shall not be less than 0.07m; the height of the metal mesh shall be 2.2m, the width shall be 1.5m, and the wire quality inspection department shall be less than 0.005m; the square mesh shall not exceed 0.0025 square meters. The materials, specifications, and quality of the fence should meet the requirements of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone Basic and Regulatory Facility Setting Standards, and it is recommended to make sample sections and obtain approval from customs or relevant departments before mass implementation. The new and old fences and monitoring should be well connected to ensure their functional use.

1、 Metal mesh fence in the comprehensive bonded zone: divided into metal mesh, metal fence, solid wall and other styles.

1. Metal mesh type: assembled from a base, metal mesh steel pipe frame, and wire mesh.

(1) Bottom: Above the ground, there is an inner brick and outer cement mortar cover or a poured cement foundation, with a height of over 0.5 meters.

(2) Central: It is a metal diamond shaped mesh steel pipe frame structure. The distance between the steel pipe and the metal mesh, as well as the distance between the metal mesh and the bottom abutment, shall not exceed 0.01 meters.

A、 The height of the steel pipe (or square steel) shall not be less than 2.5 meters, and the diameter shall not be less than 0.07 meters;

B、 The metal mesh is 2.2 meters high and 1.5 meters wide, and the diameter of the mesh wire shall not be less than 0.05 meters;

C、 The mesh size shall not exceed 0.0025 square meters.

(3) Upper part: Three barbed wire nets arranged horizontally, with metal nets spaced 0.1 meters apart or 0.3 meters high.

2. Metal grating type: composed of a base and a metal grating.

(1) Bottom: Above the ground, there is an inner brick and outer cement mortar cover or a poured cement foundation, with a height of over 0.5 meters.

(2) Central: The distance between the central metal barrier and the solid cement column, as well as the distance between the central metal barrier and the bottom pedestal, shall not exceed 0.01 meters.

A、 The spacing between the solid cement columns of the fence is 5-6 meters;

B、 The metal grating is composed of square and round steel with a diameter of not less than 0.015 meters and a top gun tip;

C、 The spacing between metal barriers shall not exceed 0.1 meters.

3. Solid wall type: composed of a base and solid building materials.

A、 Bottom middle: inner brick and outer cement slurry cover or cement pouring, with a cross-sectional diameter of not less than 0.25 meters.

C、 Upper part: Three barbed wire fences arranged horizontally. Each with a spacing of 0.1 meters.

2、 Transitional fence: composed of cement piles and wire mesh.

1. Wire mesh: 2 meters high and 3 meters long, can be disassembled. A metal anti rodent net with a mesh diameter of less than 0.01 meters, a height of more than 0.5 meters, and a bottom gap of no more than 0.01 meters should be installed under the wire mesh.

2. The pile head is slightly higher than the net, with a distance of 3.2 meters between the two pile heads.

Precautions for fence construction

1. After entering the site, the construction unit must first check whether the fence position meets the construction conditions. If there are any questions, please communicate with the design unit first.

2. Before building the fence foundation, manual tile probing must be carried out within a depth range of 3 meters below the ground to confirm that there are no underground pipelines before construction can begin.

3. Before construction, it is necessary to conduct further investigation on the site, and communicate with the construction unit and design unit when the implementation conditions do not match the terrain.
